The study focuses on assessing the PE 1 instructional material for first-year students of KSU, Bulanao Campus. aimed to determine extent attainment objectives Instructional Material, level satisfaction delivery, content, and quality material, factors affecting IM. was carried out among campus who used material. descriptive method with a structured questionnaire that gathers needed data. data described, analyzed, interpreted using Likert 3-point scale. result showed 87% respondents were average age students, 67.2% females. college Engineering Information Technology has most program offered highest number 35.1%. findings revealed IM perceived as much attained. satisfactory, mean followed by content delivery. moderately affected. Therefore, based findings, it is recommended materials make learning more authentic meaningful learner, contributing process. facilitate should be commensurate class period allowed.
